If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the shipment date.
You may return any item purchased on our website or through Art of Cutlery Phone Order either by mail or contacting us by phone. Be sure to include your packing slip with any return by mail. A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads). You are fully responsible for any delivery charges that may occur when returning items back to us.
FREE SHIPPING – When you have purchased our products and qualified for “Free Shipping” and would like to return them, we would have to deduct the shipping charges that occurred on us. If you would like to exchange your product, then we would not charge you for return shipping charges.
We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
All returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from, due to merchandising restrictions.
We will withhold money for original shipment from refund amount, plus customer will have to pay for return shipping.
The items specified as “Pre-Order” restocking fee of 30% will be applied for any approved refunds.

Note: please return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging. If items are not in their original condition or packaging your return will not be accepted and be returned back to you.
Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. To refund or exchange you can contact us by:

Refund Methods and Timing
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment made.
Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 7 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.
PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.
For Transactions with original receipt:
Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original credit card account.
Mattresses may be exchanged one time within 30 days of purchase for a store credit towards the purchase of another mattress. No refund will be issued.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric or products from the “Specials Offers”.
Return Shipping Options
When choosing to return merchandise back to our warehouse for whatever reason, you may contact us for a quote for a freight service. Contacting us may be a cheaper alternative to shipping back the items yourself. If you do decide to ship back unwanted items back to us using our quote we would just deduct the shipping cost from your Refund. For smaller items you may ship them using commercial shipping companies like USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Cancelling An Order
About Cancelling UPS/FedEx Shipped Orders
Because our automated system processes your order almost immediately after you click the "Process Order" button in Checkout, it is not possible to cancel your order before it is fulfilled. However, when you receive the shipment, it will contain specific instructions on how to return it for a refund. In addition, home delivery of larger items can be refused, if necessary.
Orders with a status of "Shipped" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left Turbo Beds distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier regional distribution center. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier regional center.
Cancelling Truck Delivery Orders
Large orders with a status of "Shipped" cannot be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left Turbo Beds distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier regional distribution center. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier regional center.
The carrier regional center will be notified not to schedule local delivery but to arrange the return.
